WBA Foundation proudly announces the 17th annual Wine Tasting & Silent Auction

"Wines from Down Under: Wine-D Your Way Through Australia"

Join us for our 17th annual Wine Tasting & Silent Auction! Experienced sommeliers will guide the Australian wine tastings, paired with sweet and savory treats as the perfect accompaniment. Win door prizes and outbid your peers for the best silent auction items. The silent auction includes a variety of items in every price range, such as sports tickets, a weekend stay at the beach, tickets to local theaters, gift certificates to DC restaurants, and several unique and creative gift baskets.

Proceeds from this event support the Founders Fellowship and other WBAF grant programs, all developed to aid women and children in Washington, D.C. 

This event is the perfect fall networking program and is enjoyable for all!

About the Women's Bar Association Foundation
Founded in 1981, the mission of the WBA Foundation is to leverage the generosity of lawyers and friends to support nonprofits that serve the legal and related needs of women and girls in the DC Metropolitan community.

To further this mission, the WBAF supports community non-profit organizations in the D.C. The WBAF also offers a Founders Fellowship each year to an area law school to support a student  who is pursuing a public interest summer internship to advance the legal interests of women and children.
