Our diverse panel of medical, legislative, and legal experts will discuss current local and national laws and their real-life impact on access to reproductive health care in DC. They will highlight the current bill pending before the DC Council, the “Strengthening Reproductive Health Protections Amendment Act”, which would enhance protections for access to reproductive health care in DC.
 
Panelists will also discuss the significance and potential impact of June Medical Services LLC v. Gee, scheduled to be argued before the Supreme Court on March 4, 2020, as the first case involving abortion to reach the Supreme Court's new majority.
