Real estate investing – should you confidently open the front door or scramble out the first-floor window? This is where the Women and Finance Initiative’s program comes in. Given the recent stock market volatility, you may be wondering whether diversifying your portfolio with investment properties directly and/or securities based on the real estate industry is a good idea. The panelists will cover the pros and cons of direct real estate investing (flipping; rental properties) real estate investment trusts (REITs) - both global and the U.S., private equity options, and other strategies.
Advanced Registration Cost:
Student Members $5
Student Members $10
Appetizers and drinks will be served.
Refunds can only be processed for cancellations received more than two business days prior to the event.
