Susan Smith Blakely, Founder and Principal, LegalPerspectives, Arthur of Best Friends At the Bar book series and What Millennial Lawyers Want
Hear Susan share her thoughts on ways the legal profession can bridge what some see as fundamental differences in mindset between senior and millennial lawyers in the workplace. Susan’s realistic, yet hopeful, message is that bad practice habits, which developed over past eras and have led to toxic environments within the walls of too many law firms and legal institutions, are not beyond repair if we listen to the voices of a new generation of lawyers and help them - and us - find a better way forward.
There will be light appetizers and drinks.
