Although Black women historically have had higher rates of labor force participation than white women, they still have far less wealth than white women regardless of the level of education.  This panel discussion will explore what lies behind these trends and how to change their trajectory.  Speakers will discuss the pay gap, why education does not necessarily translate into minority women's wealth, and the financial challenges facing formerly incarcerated minority women.  Join us for a dynamic discussion on these issues and possible solutions.

Non-Members $20

Refunds can only be processed for cancellations received more than two business days prior to the event.
