Join us as we continue our ground-breaking Initiative on Advancement and Retention of Women with a Breakfast Panel focused on women in corporate law departments. This session will tackle how efforts to improve the advancement of women and minorities have been impacted by the tough economic climate – or by more limited budgets. The panel will discuss the challenges of keeping diversity goals on track in a lean economy, what strategies have worked, and how programs aimed at improving the advancement of women can actually benefit the bottom line.
